A work in progress since as a person, I'm constantly growing, constantly in flux.

Every MBA student becomes good friends with the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) diagram. It looks simple, but It's a difficult tool to use well. Anything this brief takes a lot of time and skill to craft. Kind of like haiku.

My personal SWOT has been through several iterations, but I think it needs 3-4 more to get it tuned up.

Why publish my weaknesses for everyone to see? It's critically important for the people I work with to understand my weaknesses, especially in high performance teams.
